Ready to buy downtown Savannah for a historic price?

I do not care what you think or what you've heard, but there are deals to be had in historic downtown Savannah. Some list prices are still out of whack but when I tell you how long a property has been on the market you will understand what I mean when I say it's time to make a deal!!! This may sound a little corny coming from a 40 year old man but I think Miley Cyrus is going to put Savannah in the spotlight when her movie the last song comes out in January 2010, and if that wasn't enough Robert Redford and his crew will pick up the slack.
